Because not everyone has access to encrypted e-mail, Soteria requests that you either call or fax us with your questions. However, if your e-mail(s) DO NOT contain PHI (Personal Health Information) then, we would be happy to hear from you. However, please understand that we do follow HIPAA Guidelines and DO NOT want or encourage you to send claim information in this manner.
